You can only purchase our products here on our website. We do not permit any retail stores or resellers to sell our products because we want to maintain the quality of our products. We believe in providing the best quality to our customers to ensure their safety.

1. What are the different kits you offer?

Here at Crisis crew, we offer various kit bundles for you to choose from. We have Necessity Survival Kits, Essential Survival Kits, Comfort Survival Kits, Bug Out Bags, Children Survival Bags, Classroom Lockdown Kits, Bucket Survival Kits, Preparedness Package, Pet Survival Package, Mini Survival Kits, and Food Preparedness Packages. You can select the most suitable kit for you and your loved ones from the range of options provided.

2. Are Crisis Crew products waterproof?

You can put your mind at ease as most of our products, especially the bundles and bags are waterproof.

3. Can I customize the components in my bag?

Our kits are well thought out and designed to serve you in a variety of emergency situations as well as day-to-day crises where you might need the same tools. The components are not customizable, but if you are interested in adding additional items or replacing expendable and worn out items, they are available on this website.

4. How long will the food and water supplies last?

Crisis Crew Emergency Kits contain food and water that provide sustenance for 1 full day. We advise you to prepare more food and water in your emergency kits for longer emergency situations. We recommend storing an additional 1 gallon of water per person everyday, as well as stockpiling easy to open canned foods (fruits, veggies, tuna, beans, etc.) and dried foods (powdered/milk, crackers, cereal, nuts, etc.). Our Necessity Kits, Essential Kits, Comfort Survival Kits, Auto Survival Kits, Bucket Survival Kits, Bug Out Bag, Children Survival Kit, Food Storage Survival Kit and Preparedness Package have emergency food and water supplies so you can put your mind at ease.

5. What is the shelf life of Emergency drinks and water?

Our perishable items can be stored for up to 5 years from the manufacture date. We guarantee that the food and water packets that you receive will be usable for at least 3 years from your date of purchase. If you received a kit with a consumable item that has an expiration date sooner than three years from the month you placed the order, send us an email at hello@crisiscrew.com and we will send you a replacement.

1. How much is your Shipping cost?

Shipping on Crisis Crew varies depending on the weight of the product.

2. How long will delivery take?

Please be patient with us as delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days. You can always message us at hello@crisiscrew.com if you have any question with your order.

3. The products I received are damaged or wrong, what should I do?

Contact us at hello@crisiscrew.com so we can help you with your order. 

6. Return Policy

We have a 14-day, no-hassle return policy. If your order arrives and you would like to return it, just send us an email at hello@crisiscrew.com including any order information and feedback you may have about the product or experience and we will send you a return label. Once your return is received, we will promptly process your refund. Please note, that it may then take your bank 5-10 business days to credit the amount back to your card.

7. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Guam, Canada, and other international countries. Our goal is to make our products available all over the world, but since we are still growing, that will take some time to set up.

8. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped, we can change or cancel your order, just message us as soon as possible.
